a quick little, hello!

did i leave you guys hanging from that last crazy post?! luckily -no more wild nights at walmart for us. but, i think we've probably made at least a half of dozen trips there, since our little fiasco. every week i promise that i'm only going to grocery shop ONCE.... and it never fails, walmart lures me in for something!! always end up with a bill twice the amount i thought it would be and three times the amount i had on my list!!!! :) does this happen at your house too?

anyway -just wanted to say hello, and post a current picture. sorry it's a little fuzzy! i will try to post some of our St. Patrick's Day pictures tomorrow. we had a fun day with all things green of course!! had a little playday at our house, lots of good food, and surprise green balloons from daddy!!

hope everyone had a great weekend! off to bed for me now!-tara

Glad to see your back and all is well. I love walmart! And we have the same problem. My husband wont even go to Walmart with me cause I'll take to long in there!

I found your blog via Spikey and The Martins...been a while since I last visited.

I have the exact same problem with WalMart. My hubby is astounded by the tally on my bills when I return. He's lucky that we don't have Target...things could get ugly. :-)

Love your blog.

That always happens to me when I'm in walmart. I swear the DVD's for $5.50 always get me to look in them. I found "pretty in pink" in there the other day and had to get it. There prices are so low that you never see it adding up until you get to the register. What I do now when I go shopping is take a calculator with me so that I can see it adding up. That way I know what I can afford to get and have to put back for the next trip. My trick, I always tell my husband that I need about $20, when I go grocery shopping and set that aside for extras that I've been needed or if I find something I can't do with out up to $20. Tricky but effective.

Yes! I was just at Wal-mart this morning and yesterday, and the day before! It's never ending.
Really sweet picture. He's so beautiful.

I was wondering if everything was okay after the Wal-Mart post. I love to see you photos of Greyson. He is such a little doll. And YES I always end up with way more than I went for at Wal-Mart.

OH...man. Ever since they made the Super WalMarts that is the only place I go for about everything. And you are right it never fails...you only intend to go once a week, but then you forget something or noticed something else you need. WalMart is only like 5 min. from my house so it is very easy to go there whenever...which is not a good thing.

He is so precious! I am the same way with Wal-mart. Always end up leaving with a lot more than what's on the list. :)

I love your site! It is so creative how you use your Thursday posts. I will definitely be copying that idea in the future. My son is only 5 months old, so that wouldnt really work yet. Grayson is adorable!
